How can I book online?
You can book Zest Air etickets on your preferred destination at your home, office and everywhere by surfing the net at www.zestair.com.ph
Can I change my existing reservation online?
For assistance, you may call Zest Air Reservation at (63 2) 855-3333.
Can I select flight seats?
You may request seat assignment upon check in. The seat number is on a first come, first serve basis and given appropriately depends on type of passenger on board.
How early should I arrive at the airport?
For domestic flights, you should arrive at the Manila Domestic Terminal Airport 1, 2 hours prior departure. For international flights, you should arrive 3 hours in advance.
How do I request wheel chair assistance in the terminal?
To request wheelchair assistance alert Zest Airways Reservations or your travel agent when booking your reservation, or on the day of departure at the airport. We recommend requesting special service in advance.
What are the domestic travel baggage restrictions?

What credit cards do you accept and are there other security requirement such as verified by VISA or Mastercard Security Code?
AMEX and JCB are also acceptable through Zest Airways online payment.
Due to our plan change, I would like to know if it is possible to revise my flight date/ time?
Yes, you can rebook it before 24 hours and depending on your original ticket conditions and restrictions.

I bought online e-ticket. How can I get my e-ticket?
Once the transaction is successfully made and approved, your e-ticket will automatically be sent to your posted email address.
